Terms of service

The service

Run of Show is operated by RebrandLand AI Inc.. It records client relationships, engagements, gates, tasks, contracts, invoices and decisions for the organization that subscribes to it.

The assistant in the product reads records and drafts wording. It does not approve work, sign documents, send messages, move money or advance a gate. A person does those things.

Your account

Each person signs in under their own account. Accounts are not shared. Access is scoped to the organization the account belongs to and, for client accounts, to that client's own records.

You are responsible for what accounts under your organization do. Tell us promptly if an account should be removed.

Your data

Your records remain yours. We process them to run the service for you. You can export your organization's records at any time from the compliance screen.

We do not sell your data and we do not use your records to train models.

Fees and termination

Subscription fees are billed as agreed in your order. Either side may end the subscription with written notice. On termination you may export your records for thirty days, after which they are deleted on the retention schedule.

Limits

The service is provided as it stands. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted. Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim.
