Infrastructure

Application hosting and edge delivery: runs the application and serves it to your browser.

Managed Postgres database, authentication and file storage: holds your records, your accounts and your uploaded files.

Transactional email: delivers notices, invoices and paperwork on your behalf.

Payments: issues invoices and processes card payments. Card details never reach our systems.

Model provider for the assistant: receives the question asked and the records needed to answer it. Content is not used to train models.

We publish changes to this list before a new subprocessor begins processing, and notify account owners by email.
